Our nightly rates are based on two adults sharing a room with a continental breakfast and free parking.

Reservations

We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay to reserve your dates, with the balance to be paid 14 days prior to the date of your arrival. Deposits and balances can be paid by bank transfer or by cheque. Please note, unfortunately we're unable to accept credit or debit cards.

Our Policies

No smoking throughout.

We operate quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. During these hours, guests are asked to keep their noise to a minimum.

The room is for a maximum of 2 people only.

No one else is to be invited into your room during your stay.

We cannot accommodate children under the age of 16

Unfortunately due to an allergy, we can't accept pets.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

A full refund of your deposit will be made provided that you let us know about the cancellation within 14 full days of your arrival.

We will hold the 50% deposit if you cancel between 14 days and 7 days before your scheduled arrival date

Regrettably, the full tariff will apply for any cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival and for 'no shows'.

Guests will be charged as above unless we can successfully re-book the room, in which case a full refund will be made less a £10 administration charge. We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance to cover potential losses.
Check-In/Check Out
Our check-in window is from 3pm to 9pm but you're welcome to drop any luggage off earlier by arrangement. Check out on the day of dparture is by 10.00am.
